Founded by Coach Leo Sousa, a former professional volleyball player in Brazil with more than 20 years of experience in the sport.

Coach Leo is a 2010 Rio de Janeiro State Champion and 2009 State Runner-up as a professional athlete. He later led the Rio de Janeiro U-17 Boys' National Team as Technical Supervisor, Head Coach, and Executive Advisor to the President of FEVERJ, winning three consecutive Rio de Janeiro State Championships (2017–2019).

Throughout his career, Coach Léo has specialized in athlete development, high-performance coaching, and leadership. His mission is to help players of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential through world-class technical training, discipline, confidence, and a passion for excellence—both on and off the court.

This facility is managed by his team of highly qualified.
